Founder of 4Glow
Jana Vostinarova
I am a mother of two active athletes, who are complemented by two other hockey players from my partner. Together we have four girls aged 9 to 16 who are fully dedicated to hockey , boxing , football and athletics . Sport is everywhere in our home – in the diary, in the trunk of the car, in breakfast discussions and in the sock drawer.
I've been involved in youth sports for several years now , and during that time I've seen firsthand what it's like to be a girl in a world where the playing field is often not fair. Lack of equipment, little support, prejudice... but also immense passion, talent, and determination.
In addition to my passion for sports, I also have over 20 years of experience in management positions in international companies, where I focused on marketing, communications, brand management, brand strategy and product launch. Now I bring all this experience to 4Glow - a brand that has the ambition to change the rules of the game for young female athletes .

Zuzka is a renowned Czech fashion designer and creative director who specializes in creating exclusive models and original collections.
Andrea Čardová
A business manager, but above all a hockey mom, who, thanks to her love of sport, has come this far, to the development of girls' hockey, not only in the Czech Republic, but also abroad.
